Product Overview Layout

When I click on my category the product overview looks like this:

 

I completely don't like this overview, and for my Related Products, and What's New box I've managed to get the following overview:

 

I really want something the same like that if it's possible in anyway. But I seriously have no clue on what's going on in Product_Listing.php, or is there any tutorial out there that helps me a bit to adjust that file?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

I've got the contribs STS Plus & Optional Related Products installed (both working good after some tweaking in Optional Related Products).
