Linkpoint Payment module problem

I have integrated on my site linkpoint payment module,which is took from oscommerce contribution.

I enbale Test mode in my site.

my problem is when i pass the checkout_payment.php file the following error was occured.

"Your Credit Card was declined.please try anoter card or Contact your bank for more info" any one face this problem .please let me how can i handle this.

 

What is .pem file. i read somewhere to set .pem file.

 

Just i have followed only linkpointconnect1.2 Readme oscommerce contribtion steps.

 

Any one help me as soon as possible.
