Errors in payment module

I get the following errors when I'm in my admin, looking at my payment modules:

Anyone know where to begin to resolve these? I've looked everywhere, but I can't find a solution, nor anyone that is having a similar problem.

I copied a path.php from one of my other folders and placed it where the error messages said it was looking for a path.php file.

 

All is well now (error messages are gone) , except I get the follwing text above the payment modules headers in admin:

 

/home/varn/public_html/pokerguard/admin/home/varn/public_html/pokerguard/admin
