Discount codes

Hi All,

 

Does osCommerce support discount codes? So when the buyer goes to the checkout they get the option of putting in a code or something similar that gets a percentage knocked off the final price. I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated.

You will need to add a contrib, CCGV is most popular, or coupons by Ingo is the new kid on the block.

I have tried to install CCGV 2x but no luck. Must be me. I have 14+ contributions installed but this one got me. Anyways, I really want a discount coupon contribution to install but coupons by Ingo is back and forth with english and some other lang. I don't know about that. Anyone get coupons by Ingo to work w/ no problems?

easy discount is much simpler to install & use than ccgv

I have it installed no problem, the instructions are in german and english as the original contributor is german, simply follow the english instructions and it works a treat, can even be added to the affiliate program.
