Checkout problem - error

I am getting an error on checkout.

This is appearing on the checkout conformation page. I have replaced the checkout_conformation.php page with the original from the oscom files as well as the order_total page. The file ot_gv.php doesn't exsist because it is for the Gift vocher module that I decided not to install because of problems. I have restored a backup from before I tried to install the gift vocher module and have deleted the gift vocher database info as well. I can't figure out why it is still giving me the error. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I did! I replaced it with a clean order_total from the oscom original download! Ugh#$%

Perhaps you forgot to uninstall the module before you removed the files? reinstall the module and then click the 'remove' option in admin - or edit your database :)
