How do you block Orders from Overseas?

How can I stop OS from processing orders from another Country?, say I just want orders from the USA? Linkpoint my credit card processor does not have a setting like authorize.net did to stop or refuse orders from another country if I wanted.

 

This costs us money in credit transactions fees and we need to refuse orders like so if someone knows of a way to refuse orders from certain countires or only accept orders from certain countries please let me know

you can delete the countries in your OSC admin manually but I think there is a faster way, might want to check the contributions.

Is there a way to set a default country? and turn off teh rest, or do you have to delete them?

Thanks I got my countries where I needed tehm, cannot belive we were that stupid to not see how this worked, but we never had a problem till we switched processors.
