prestons Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 Hi, I have installed easy populate 3 and when I upload the txt file to database the category structure appears but none of the actual products appear. I am getting no error messages. Can anyone help?

I am getting no error messages. Can anyone help? Chances are the products did not get assign to the categories correctly. I have found that the best way to use easypopulate is to add some categories and products manually then export them so that I can use the exported file as a template for my uploads. Every site is different and this lets me make sure I am using the correct format The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
