Customer can't be created

I just set up osCommerce, it's on the basic style still, but i was testing to see if a customer could create an account and pressed "My Account"...the page went to "....../catalog/account.php" but it said "The page cannot be displayed"

 

Does anyone know why please,

Usual cause is you set ssl to true and do not have a ssl certificate or you do have a certificate and have your secure path incorrect
