Bob_Zuruncle Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 We have created the inventory item with the appropriate attributes to allow a download delivery of an mp3 audio file An order is created the item is added to the cart, paid for via paypal and appears under My Account>History>Order # 1 However, the Download links section is not providing an actual clickable link to download the file I've tried searching this forum for answers to this and have found things that all talk about the issue but really don't provide any solutions Help...

Bob_Zuruncle Posted April 22, 2006 Author Posted April 22, 2006 Thank you, but I don't anything any different from when I was there before I was instructed to function off the redirect option which I have done under admin>configuration>download When I turn it on, I get a link, but I'm getting a 500 byte download of something, but not the mp3 file More help, pleeze
