Royal Mail First class contribution

I have installed the Royal mail contribution, the 'standard' parcels works fine but the 1st class doesnt work, i have looked at the ratios - they are

 

.06:.32,.1:.49,.15:.68,.2:.84,.25:.99,.3:1.14,.35:1.29,.4:1.49,.45:1.7,.5:1.9,.6

:2.3 .... etc

 

but i cannot apply these prices to my products. i have set of a weight value of 0.45 to a product but it doesnt come up as 1st class as an option....

 

 

Please help... it just says '1st class not available for this product'.

I realise that this doesnt help you but Iam having the same problem.

 

I spent 3 hours yesyerday and I still cant fix it !

 

I hope someone out ther can help ?
