It should create a test order but it just declines at linkpoint I asked the same question when I was setting it up. Fortunately I talk to linkpoint support and they informed me that if the test card is comming back declined, then you are set up correctly. The only way the test card will be approved and process an order is if you ask linkpoint to put you on their test server. Quote
