MIKdUB Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 How come i dont get any support here? I have been posting about a problem i have with a contribution and no help whatsoever.......whats the deal?? dont mean to come off as a jerk but this is really frustraring......whats going on?!!!

bobg7 Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 1) Please be specific on which issue your talking about, add a link to the post 2) What's the URL to the site your having the issue with, sometimes it helps to see the actual problem 3) Perhaps no one else has seen the problem so they can't give a direct answer 4) Re-check the install procedures, make sure everything is done correctly and the changes were saved and loaded to the server 5) What other contributions have your installed, perhaps they are not compatable. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.
