How to re-look the Boxes ?

Just discovered osCommerce recently. I realy want to change the look of the boxes, ie adding a heading image on top of each box like the one on this website:

Now, how about modifying the contents of the boxes, eg the display of the categories and the information box ? How to insert subcategories etc..

Can't remember the name of it, but for my category menu, I installed a contribution and really like the looks of it. It expands out very nice and quite clear for the subcategories when clicked on. I've added so much that I'm really drawing a blank here lol. But have to pull up menu in a little bit to try and edit something out, see if I can see the name anywhere and get back to you if don't find it in the contributions by then.
