Hi, I've installed oscommerce and I am configuring it. All of my products are going to be downloadable and I tested going through the purchasing process but when I get to the end where there is the confirmation and it tells me the following:

Thanks for shopping with us online!

Delivery Information Payment Information Confirmation Finished!

Download your products here:

GROWING OLD GRACEFULLY Expiry date: Thursday 27 April, 2006 5 downloads remaining

You can also download your products at a later time at 'My Account'

So, the problem is: where is the download link. I did configure the filename and path in the attributes area for the products.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Rebekah

Well, I think I might have answered my own question. I changed the file name to be a ".zip" file and now it works. Now, I wonder if I have to change all 700 of my files to be Zip files? Ouch.

Hi Fary, Yes I can help you. The Folder that the Zip file needs to go into is the 'Download' folder.

So, it would be like this shop/download/R140.zip. If oscommerce is installed in the root folder it would be download/R140.zip.

If you need help trouble-shooting more: send me the link to your website and I'll help you.

I don't think I had to CHMOD anything.
