remove install directory

Hello

I have a webservice in a provider. The problem is after a installation, i remove the install directory, but the mesage, remains. I've talk to them, but they wont help me, because they sell, a version of oscommerce as a product. But a friend of mine, that as the same package that i have, in the webprovider, did the installacion with no problems, and remove the install folder.

Now i really need some help here, because they wont help me. Is there a way, trougth a php file, that i can remove the mesage ? It's the only way for me. I already work in the look, and products, for 3 weeks, and i'm stuck now, because of the webprovider. If i could remove the warning in another way...
