veera Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Dear Friends, Let me know whether oscommerce support as hotel booking website. Any sample site please. Thanks. Regards, veera
dynamoeffects Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Absolutely, you'll just need to modify the terminology to fit with your industry. For instance, the products should be the different classes of rooms in your hotel (suites, doubles, singles, etc) and then the product attributes should be things like "How many adults?" "How many children?" Then you can either authorize their card or charge a deposit (which will require a little custom coding). This is one of the big reasons I really like OSC -- it's surprisngly versatile. Please use the forums for support! I am happy to help you here, but I am unable to offer free technical support over instant messenger or e-mail.

dynamoeffects Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 The closest I know about is a site for a travel agency that I did a little work on, but is being designed by intensivex of this forum: www.keshertours.com It's not complete, though.
