Which Shipping Modules is this ? - screen shots

I am having problem with a shipping module I have.

It is an older one, but I really like it.

It gives you shipping price by zip code without being logged in.

Trying to figure out what it is, so I can try to hunt down what the problem is (already have 2 days trying to figure it out!)

 

Problem I am having is only with 3 Day Air.

If this is choosen, the price is not carried over and added on, and there is no edit shipping option on the order confirmation page.

Every other shipping option works fine

or better yet, what could possible causing this error ?

To update this, incase anyone has similar issues with one of the shipping methods not getting posted

we found the session variables are stored in db (it's set in configure). and there is a function to read them. it uses common function to query db. in the last function all select queries

changed to select SQL_NO_CHACHE. so he removed that substitution and

it worked.

 

If anyone knows which shipping module this is, please reply

really want to know, as we know have another issue, where Candian zip codes don't get quotes

So they can't order
