help for installing ocs

Hi I have installed osc and im trying to configure it but when i go to mysite/admin/index.php I recieve this message...

(Warning: main(includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/k/kennylee/htdocs/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 29

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /www/k/kennylee/htdocs/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 29

The permissions on your includes folder are probably too low to allow accss to the configure.php file inside it. Make the permissions on the folder (not the files inside it) 755.

ok im at step 7 and this is the message i am now recieving...this is great im almost there im getting this reply from the installer...(The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

cd /www/s/y/systemsaved.com/htdocs/shop/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

cd /www/s/y/systemsaved.com/htdocs/shop/admin/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

please help ......
