Big problem with payments/orders

Im having a nightmare trying to fix the problems im having taking payment for a download store. Everything is working fine from adding to basket to being returned from worldpay after payment but this is where my problems begin! The page im redirected to after callback is wrong, it takes me to the payment page not the confirmation page it also does not empty the basket or show orders in the admin.

 

I have searched high and low for a solution but found nothing but a few minor fixes along the way. I also have a problem with the split page links and ordering the store by product name i get errors they are similar error but the numbers are slightly different. I have come across one or two sites with 'fixes' but haven't found a solution for mine....

There are also one or two more things i would like to know!

 

1 is it possible to remove the mailing list function?

2 is there away of adding dynamic pages through the admin that show some 'about us' text etc...?

3 is it possible to make 'model' the default ordering of categories
