is it possible, that when all incoming orders are emailed, they are also attached as a csv file, so as to automate the order process, because this way it would be able to intergrate into our backoffice system ?

Anything is possible :)

 

I would lean toward XML rather than CSV - look in Contributions for anything matching your backend(?)

thanks for that, it is a custom backend, so cant find anything, i found modules for quickbooks, but they dont really work,

 

do you know of any generic ones that will do what i need ?

No - I have been asked to do product import/export previously, but not orders - take a look at these :)

When a code inserts dat into order form.Besides that code place a line os code to send you an email that has all the order details in CSV form.

Now you can use this email to upate a the backend.

 

Not sure but there might be a contribution available.
