Reviews question.. Name and linking

Had a few questions about the reviews.. First, is it possible to display just the first name? I looked and I didn't see an easy way since it looks to be combined as first&last name in code. Wondering if there is something to call up just the first name though. Do not want last name to display.

 

Also, when viewing a specific review. It shows the thumbnail on the right with the click to enlarge text.. but i don't use the bigger pictures so this is pointless to me.. Is there an easy way to make that link to the product page and not just the picture?
