no images or formatting

Hello,

 

Any help would be great!!!! I am using PHP 4.4? and mysql 5 on windows xp and IIS 5. I have manually configured the configure.php and the index.php will show up, but with no images. I get the x.

 

The catalog folder is in the main local host dir: localhost/catalog. But... I cannot figure out why the images are not showing. The folder is there???

 

this is what I send in the browser: http://localhost/catalog/index.php
