scheistermeister Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 while seeing how the reviews worked i just posted whatever i had on the clipboard in there. well it happened to be some php i was working on that wasnt complete. well turns out the server tryed to run through that little bit of code that was in the review but it didnt work because the code was incomplete. it ended up throwing an error and bringing a portion of the site to a stop. i was wondering how do i stop the server from trying to execute the code placed in the reviews?

Not sure how to do this but as the person who has access to the admin area of your shop it is easy to delete reviews. Where reviews are entered there is text that states that no html will work in the reviews if you are concerned obout this you could change this text to include other coding languages. scheistermeister Posted April 2, 2006 Author Posted April 2, 2006 changing the text to state that it wont work and it actually not working are two different things. just because i tell someone it doesnt work doesnt mean they wont try it.
radders Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 Add the contribution called something like Review Approvals System. Then no reviews can appear until you have approved them.
