Ok i made a reply but feel this might be easier or smater. I wonder if any of you dear business owners could take some time out of a busy schedual to possibly be like a mentor to me and my fiance. We are already in debt out the nose as most people are but we are honestly trying hard to make a business and do it properly and we honestly dont have the available funds to hire a business lawyer or a certified public accountant. We did invest money into a membership which supplies over 3000 products that can be dropshipped for us but now we are stumped cause im seein alot of legal talk and im scared. We cannot afford to mess this up as its our LAST leg to stand on. I'm willing to call you if you reside in the United States but cant afford international calls. I have 2 orders already on paper but Man am I scared to collect the money yet and told the 2 customers (thankfully both are good friends) that as soon as we sorted this out we would accept the money and place the orders. They are being patient but now I kinda feel like I'm letting them and myself down for not being prepared. I am trying to put this OSCommerce website together and its even more frustrating than anything iv ever done in my life yet i feel as if its myself makeing it so hard. Anyway can someone ppppllleeeeaaasssseeee help me out. I'm not asking for handouts of a financial, or physical nature, just words of wisdom from a mind already orientated to retail sales and this oscommerce stuff. Its worth more than money to me.

The SBA requires a solid business model before they will even look at you. The best way to do what you have gotten the membership for is to have at home parties.
