Need help with Authorize.net set up

Can anyone tell me what this error means?

 

The following errors have occurred.

(14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.

 

I set up authorize.net exactly per the instructions:

enter user ID

enter transaction key #

set to test mode both osc and Authorize.net

 

It takes me through the whole process just fine then when I click on confirm order that is when I receive the above error.Can someone Please explain what went wrong and how to fix this problem.Also when I do a test should I also have Credit card set up in my config module or just Authorize.net checked? thank you in advance.
