Secure and insecure checkout

My store has a secure certificate.

When users go to checkout, there is a message about "there are secure and insecure items. Do you want to display the insecure items?"

if the user repply No, the url shows the https but the browser take out the secure lock picture.

How do I fix that?

This is usually caused by pulling images that are not on you server, most of the time it can be traced to a banner. If you click on no then the image that is the problem should not show up and you should be able to figure out which one is causing the problem.
