need help with warning message

i'm very new to this site, and to the whole web world. I have a web site up and almost running, but i just recieved an warning message, can anyone help me

 

Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /powweb/web/cgi-bindownload/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid.

 

what to do? :blush: >_<
