New oscommerce install, new sts plus install...can't enable

Hello,

 

I just did a fresh install of osCommerce and immediately added STS Plus. When I go to the Admin panel however, there is no STS Module. I checked and I definitely uploaded the sts module to /catalog/includes/modules/sts. Did I miss something? Thanks!
