Robert52401 Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 I seem to be having an issue of orders being dropped. When talking to the customers, there was no indication that their order did not go through. The way it is set up now, when someone checks out, they use PayPal to pay. They get a ?Thanks for your order? page after payment and log-off the store account. The only e-mail I get is from PayPal showing money was sent to my account, there is no email from my store. There is also no indication in the store?s SQL database that an order was placed. I can not seem to figure out why this is occurring. It does not happen every time?. At the moment, about 1 and 10 orders do not get into the SQL database. Please Help!!
sneako Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 I'm having the same problem, no record of the order via oscommerce admin, though I received the money through paypal, but have no packing slip, only displays my stores name, and the price, and "n/a" as products...
