Can't access Admin Tool after successful installation

Sorry i am newbie. I just installed oscommerce on my hosted server and everything went ok through the installation step - database connection and import was successful. However, when I click ont eh "Administration Tool" in step 7, I get the "404 URL not found error"

 

the url pointed to by the button is the following

 

http://www.gunjanbhow.net/shop/install/://...admin/index.php

 

the second button on this page is "Catalog". that also breaks. the URL for that oen is

 

http://www.<xyz.com>/shop/install/:/.../shop/index.php

 

to my untrained eye, this URL does seem to be strange - almost two URLs in one.

 

What I am doing wrong?
