When I add a product it only allows me to add one image. I have check the contributions with no luck. How do I add additional images to a product?

There are a couple of contributions for multiple images for each product. Browse throught the image category and you will find a them. Dynamic Mo-pics, Happi Multi Pix, Three images with admin. . . etc.

ok, so I started to use the "Three images with admin" and I understand all the directions except the 2nd step/

"Step 2) Run the cao-osc-bilder.sql query on your db or run the cao_osc.php script This query inserts two fields (product_image_medium and product_image_large) in your "products" table, and will be used to store the two additional images for each product listing.

"

I looked all over my cart for a cao_osc.php file but could not find anything. Does anyone have any insight on this? Your help is much apreciated.

I think the cao_osc.php is supposed to be in the contribution. It sounds like it has a sciprt to add the necessary fields to your database, but I did not find it in the contribution when I looked. The other way to add the fields is by using MyPHPAdmin, which should be available through your web-host provided control panel. From there you can either cut and paste the stuff from cao-osc-bilder.sql or upload that file where it asks. Either way will have the same result.

Before you work on the contribution, back everything up, including the database. Backup your site using your FTP program and backup the database using the backup manager in Admin. Then, if something goes wrong, it can easily be fixed. By backing up, there is a lot less stress in adding contributions because you can always easily go back to the way it was. It gives you more confidence to try new things.

Good luck and let me know if I can help.

Thank you so much, I found out exactly how to do that. This allowed me to install the check out without acount contributions which I followed step by step without issue. But after installing the three images contribution i ran into one problem. My store now says that my image folder does not exist anymore, which is clearly not true. Does anyone have any ideas on this? :-"

Confirm that the image directory is defined properly in includes/configure.php and make sure the permissions for that directory are 777. If it is more than that, check the contribution support thread for that contribution.
