Adding a new page

Hi, firstly sorry for any silly questions and I'm a newbie and am still trying to get my head around html.

 

I have added links to a box on my web page but can't figure out how (or where) to add the new page so I can enter that relevant information into it. :blush:

NB: I have tried using the search forum but unless I'm doing it wrong I couldn't find any info on the above....

On the top right hand corner of this page, under "network" you will see the "Knowledge Base". It has a lot of good basic info.
