Problems with orders not registering

Ive just installed and added products and bought one of the products as a test

 

when looking i see the new customer details have been logged!

and i have recived e-mails about payments recived as store owner

BUT

 

There are no records of the transaction, and the item figures havent been effected (still 50 for sale)

 

 

can anyone help?
