xtinexoop Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 I noticed a weird problem today - basically when it cost me money! 1st test. If you click on a product from a category you get the product_info screen, choose the option and then when it adds it to the cart the option is there If you then click on the product from the shopping cart (to add another one with a different option) you get what looks like an identical product_info screen, choose different options, but it adds it to the cart without any options applied. 2nd test. If you click on a product from a category you get the product_info screen, choose the option and then when it adds it to the cart the option is there If you then click on the product from the category again (to add another one with a different option) it adds it to the cart with the options as expected You can see this (site is LIVE so please don't continue to make an order) at www.cumfybumfy.co.uk/cumfyshop - in the accessories category the Popli liners have 3 options Presumably the logic is different somewhere between getting to product_info from category and getting to it from the Whats In My Cart screen....
