Please Help, Change text on my catalog page

Guys,

I am new to osCommerce and I need some help. I want to change the text on the main catalog page.

Here is the link.

I want to remove the (1) Error messages , (2) Edit page text etc!

 

I'm lost...

The text on the link you added is actually the help you want.

 

Read the infomation displayed. It tells you what file to go into and basic instructiuons on how to change it.

 

You will need to edit the index.php file to remove/rewrite the text.

I would also look at installing the ultaPics mod. Its not to bad to install (very easy on a none modedshop) And with that you can do loads of extra things like edit your front page easily from admin using a WYSIWYG editor or you can change it to HTML code view. You also get the same editor for all your product descriptions, add more pics and so on.

I would use the "revised package" and the also use the "Fixed enclosed SQL file" instead of the one that comes with the package.
