Shopping Cart extra Field

Hello,

 

I try to change our shopping cart.

I wan't to put an extra field in the shopping cart.

So the customers can order 1-5 samples from this product.

 

Samples in German "Muster" :)

 

My problem is to integrate the second field in the calculation.

 

You can put a product in to the shopping cart and then look here

 

Sorry for my bad english but can somebody help me!

 

How can i realize this!
