Error on About_us Page even when chang removed

Anyone? my website is www.sugar-and-spice.uk.com Please take a look, I have only just paid someone to fix something which I have no idea how it occurred and the same this time.. I haven't touched anything for this to happen and am not sure if I am seriously being hacked.
