i'm a newbie just installing 'oscommerce-2.2ms2-051113.tgz'

 

page 2 has the 'Import Catalog Database' and 'Automatic Configuration' options.

on that page Click 'Continue' and it doesnt, just refresh's the page and sticks there ad infinitum

in the php ini file you must find this text:

 

register_globals = on

 

register_long_arrays = on

 

make sure they are BOTH on. they were not in mine
