Google indexing and searchability

OK, so I know how to get my site submitted to Google and I know that installing various contributions helps with you being properly indexed.

I installed SEO URL's, Google site map and the META tag info and am now being crawled by Google on a daily basis. It looks like they are crawling most of the pages in my site which is great and if I do a site:www.toptiara.com, then I'm showing anything from 60-105 pages (no idea why the number varies as I am not adding new stock at the moment). Some of the pages are displaying the correct info and some aren't (page title and descriptions) but I'm just putting that down to the fact I only just finished installing my contributions, so hope that time will fix that.

What I don't understand is that when I search for any keywords on my site, I'm not being listed in the first 10000 results. And I mean ANY of my keywords. I know this because I installed the contribution which lists your site location in a search by keyword(s). I don't recall the name, but it's the one you run through your admin.

Our shop sells tiaras, jewellery and other stuff wedding related. Being sensible, I based my keywords around these, using tiara, wedding, bride, bridesmaid and jewellery as the 5 main ones. Dependant on the product, the keywords applied may vary (on jewellery pages for example I may have necklace, jewellery, wedding etc). The title of each page changes to the name of the product too, so on a tiara page it might say 'Lucy Tiara by www.TopTiara.com'. Combined with this, OSC places an alt tag against the images to assign the product name also, so to my knowledge, I have a nice chunk of meta data, description values, titles AND alt tags in place to help my searchability.

Is there anything anybody can recommend to fix this or is there something I am doing wrong? Feel free to take a look at my site and see if there is anything wrong at my wedding tiara and jewellery site.

Hand made jewellery and tiaras on our website
