204HOE Posted March 28, 2006 Posted March 28, 2006 When an order process thru the website everything comes out fine.. total, shipping and taxes are all shown, but when i check my log at PSI tax and shipping is not included. Can anybody tell me whats wrong with to fix this problem coz its costing money about this problem Thanks in advance.

cinolas Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 I'm also having a similar problem here, the difference between the osC invoice and what is actually charged to the card is small and appears to be the taxes on the shipping... I spoke with PSI Gate and they said that it's up to us to figure it out. Not knowing PHP or SQL myself I could really use hand here. I looked at the php files of the PSI Gate XML Module and didn't find any obvious calculation I could change. It seems to me Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, the difference that this creates in the amounts is seeding chaos in our accounting :s Cheers
