Professional packaging and invoice seems to be an alternative but not sure. Tried looking at the forum also, but it seems i am not looking at proper places .. could anyone plz help.

Go to your admin panel Step 2. Click configuration Step 3. Click E-Mail options Step 4. Click Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails Step 5. Click "true" Step 6.
