I just installed live support 1.2 (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,880) and started playing around with it. Anyhow, a day into it's use I closed the admin window and then tried to go back in a few hours later and it told me the admin window was already opened and not more than one could be open at a time. So I hit my site and the Live Support is showing available... It's now been like this for over 24 hours! I've tried to delete all the ls*.php files in both the /catalog and /admin folders as well as the live support folder and re-upload everything but it doesn't change this.. I also tried manually running the ls_exit.php but that still didn't help. Anyone run into this? Do I have to do a full remove and reinstall or am I missign something? Thanks.
