Update package 13th November 2005

I downloaded the Update Package and want to know if i have to alter all the files to avoid those problems appearing or only chage when it appear?

If you have an existing website which you have already added contributions to then use the included html file to update your files manually. If you haven't added any contributions then upload the new file set.

I downloaded this one version:

There i found a file "Update package 13th November 2005" that descriminate the problems and solutions of the catalog.

 

When i install the catalog the admin file appear with an error related on the update package.

 

So i intended that the version i download is not attualized, is it correct? In this case i have to alter every problems describe on the package?
