Fedora install does not get beyond 2nd screen

I download and unpack the latest tgz install file.

 

I follow th esteps in the "INSTALL" doc.

 

On step 3, I bring up the install screen in my local

browser, but I can't get beyond the 2nd screen?

 

Any ideas? has anyone seen this before on a Fedora linux

box?

The most common cause for installation getting stuck in step 2

is that most recent PHP installations have register_long_arrays = OFF

This needs to be turned to ON in the php.ini file (you will need to

stop and restart your server to get this change to take effect.)
