Home Page spreads off to the right

Hi all,

 

My home page is spread off to the right, forcing me to scroll right to see the boxes on the right...how do I fix this?

 

I am on 800x600 - that's how I prefer it, I can't see at higher res's - so would apreciate a fix that sets the home page to whatever res a viewer has. If that makes sense.
