MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_TEXT error

I'm getting this when I activate my paypal module:

 

MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_TEXT

MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_DESCRIPTION MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_URL_TEXT

 

It is throwing my checkout template/table out of whack. (I'm using STS)

"You are missing those defintions. Have you installed a contribution? If so double check and make sure that you have uploaded all the files in your english folder."

 

I found this, but how do I know what is missing?

the issue remains the same though. You installed something that probably expects the string file and that is missing.
