Change wording for shipping rates table

I would like to change these words to

 

Table rate > Australia Post

and

Best way > Registered Post

 

 

While file do I do that in..

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/ then whichever shipping modules you are using. And ofcourse change english to whichever language(s) you are using.
