Multiple Tax Rates per product - and tax priority

How can I add more taxes on the same product?

 

When I add a new product, then I can choose ONE Tax Class, but we would like to be able to choose more. We have multiple taxes classes for the same zone.

 

I would guess this has something to do with Tax Rate Priority.
