Os-commerce Templates and changing Permissions.

Hi there,

Please help...before my head explodes.

I have 2 questions, but PLEASE, if you have the answers, I need them explaining to me in a very simple way, no techno talk....

I am building my 2nd website, using BlueVoda. I have just installed oscommerce onto it. That part is going ok so far. I have requested, and been sent a free template to use with the oscom. It did come with a readme file, but no double dutch translation guide. I did read it, but still could not understand what I am supposed to do to get it to work.

Question 1. How do I install the template to use with my store?

Question 2. And how do I change the permissions for editing the various texts on the oscommerse store front.
