Unable To Connect To Server!

I am getting an "Unable to Connect to Server!" message when i try to access my catalog. Below is the code from my configure.php file. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Luckily either your db_server, db user name, db password or database name is incorrect. I say "Luckily" because you should never post that information in a forum. I'll get one of the moderators to edit your post.
